As a result of the UK leaving the European Union, on 1 January 2021, the collection of duties and taxes for the import of commercial goods into the UK will change. DHL Ecommerce hand parcels onto Parcel Force (Royal Mail) for local delivery.
You will require the DHL Ecommerce Tracking ID to pass into Parcel Force (Royal Mail) tracking portal.
DHL Ecommerce ship to your country using their service.
That is tracked using the Shipment ID. (Shippit refers to it as Tracking Number)
Your parcel then gets handed to your national postal service. This is tracked using the Tracking ID.
You can follow these steps to track your parcel:
- Retrieve your DHL Ecommerce Tracking Number/Shipment ID from Shippit email or web link.

- You can find the Tracking ID/Number from the DHL Ecommerce website & paste in Tracking Number.
